Our Music: Our research has shown that music really does sooth the savage beast. The music we use has been specifically chosen and is very non-aggressive. Aggressive music tends to keep angry customers angry and create more angry customers. We have specially chosen several songs that range in tempo and feel from mellow to happy. Our music has actually proven to calm down angry customers and even keep the customer listening.
Your On Hold Messages: Usually will be heard every 30 seconds (although you can pick the amount of time between messages) throughout the CD. Time is measured from the end of previous message. You should have 6 to 8 messages rotating throughout the CD. Messages should be short and as concise as possible.
Seamless Transitions: The transition between the music and the messages is so tight and seamless that the customer finds themselves listening to the messages just as intently as the music. But the on-hold music is NEVER distracting to the voice messages heard.
Christmas Music: It's never too early to think about Christmas especially if you want to beat the Christmas rush! Jeffsounds Productions can produce and create a customized music on-hold CD with Christmas music too! And what's more, we can do it with traditional Christmas music or pop Christmas music.
Corporate Music: If you have corporate music, i.e. special imaging music designed and recorded specifically for the customer's business, music must be provided before pre-production can begin. A data CD with the music track in 24-bit, 44.1kps WAV format will have to be supplied to us. Please call or contact us after ordering to submit your corporate music.
CD Replacements: If your On-Hold CD is ever lost, damaged or destroyed, you can get a replacement for just $9.95! We keep backup copies of every On-Hold CD that we produce.
