On-Hold Music CD’s:  On-Hold Music CD’s will be mailed using first class mail on the first business day after completion. Jeffsounds Productions keeps copies of every On-Hold Music CD that we produce. If anything ever happens to your CD you can get a copy for a minimal fee, which covers shipping and materials.

Other CD’s Not Downloaded:  Any other CD that is purchased and not downloaded will also be mailed using first class mail on the first business day after completion.

Greetings: Voice Mail Greetings are done on a per charge basis. This means that if you change services, buy a new cell phone or otherwise need your greeting recorded again, you will have to repurchase to get a new greeting. Also, your purchase is for ONE greeting. It is NOT for multiple versions of the same greeting. If you want a greeting recorded directly on your phone or voicemail system AND you want an MP3 or WAV file as a backup, you will have to pay for more than one greeting because the greeting will have to be recorded twice, once to your phone system and then again in the studio. Make sure you know exactly what you need and how many greetings you require before you purchase!

Refunds:  No refunds will be issued after the product is sent or set up for download.

eChecks:  Any product or service purchased with an eCheck will NOT be processed until the eCheck has cleared. This usually takes 3 to 4 business days. If you purchased with an eCheck and you need your product or service sooner, we will refund your eCheck purchase and you can repurchase using a major credit card.
